Class time includes yoga, childbirth education*, group support, and deep relaxation.
Nona Prenatal Yoga is an excellent complement to any childbirth education program.
Sessions are offered three times per year; each session is 6 weeks long and includes 6, 2-hour + classes for a total of $195. Plus, once you complete the series, you will get access to the online class for practice throughout the rest of your pregnancy.

Each 6-week session is held on Thursday evenings from 6:00 - 8/8:15 pm at Erica’s Airbnb-home studio in central Columbia.
COVID policy: Participants should not come to class if they are symptomatic. Participants who miss a class due to illness will be given early access to the online class for practice.
Classes are currently being offered through MU School of Medicine for a study. New Private classes will be announced in the spring.
If you are a patient at Women’s and Children’s, you may be eligible. Ask your provider for information.

Nona Prenatal yoga is appropriate for all fitness levels, all stages of pregnancy, and all types of birth plans. No experience is necessary. In fact, many people choose a prenatal yoga class as their first-ever yoga class.
In the Nona Prenatal Yoga & Support class parents will learn to embody mindfulness strategies for managing pain, fear, and anxiety during pregnancy, childbirth birth, and postpartum.
Group support includes meaningful discussions, childbirth education, and growing your parenting community.
